Fulfillment Policy for Alta Point Consulting

At Alta Point Consulting, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparency and flexibility in our fulfillment policies. Below, we outline our policies to ensure our customers have control over their orders and transactions.

Refund Policy:   

- We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and customers may need to request a refund. Refunds are available under the following conditions:     

  - If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or fails to fulfill its intended purpose.     

  - If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of making the payment and before any services are rendered.     

  - If there is a billing error on our part, resulting in overpayment.   

- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the service delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Delivery Policy:   

- Our consulting services are typically delivered electronically or through virtual platforms.   

- Any physical goods, such as training materials or merchandise, will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.   

- Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the service or product purchased and will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.   

- International shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times. Customers will be notified of any such charges prior to shipment

Return Policy:   

- Returns are accepted for physical goods purchased directly from Alta Point Consulting under the following conditions:     

  - The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.     

  - Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.     

  - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.   

- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

Cancellation Policy:   

- Customers have the right to cancel their subscriptions or reservations under the following conditions:     

  - Subscriptions: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.     

  - Reservations: Customers can cancel reservations for consulting sessions or events up to 48 hours before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.   

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team.
